- To avoid a fee equal to 50% of the service cost, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

- Late arrivals will be accommodated at the therapist's discretion, with the possibility of rescheduling.

Non-Refundable Items:

- Gift certificates and skincare products are non-refundable.
